Reginald Dave is a Principal and Managing Member of Twin Oaks Capital Group (TOCG). Reginald oversees TOCG’s acquisition activity. He has extensive experience in business management, acquisition, and construction build-out. He has rehabbed, and sold single-family residences using funds from private investors.
He has a successful track record in other lines of business, including restaurants, residential real estate, and transportation. He has surrounded himself with a team of advisors (attorneys, lenders, property managers, and real estate brokers) to ensure success on behalf of his investors. He was previously in the restaurant franchise business where he built and sold several restaurants throughout the Houston area. Reginald’s successful business management experience was instrumental in him transitioning into multifamily asset investing. In 2017, the most recent acquisition as a partner was a 14 unit Class C asset in Houston, TX.
Juan McLemore purchased his first real estate investment property in 2005. This was a property that he owned and lived in while rehabbing the property using sub-contractors. He repeated this model with another property in 2006. Managing these projects, Juan gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience with managing property managers along with understanding how to increase the value of the property. He has a solid understanding of identifying value-add assets, setting up financing and negotiating with seller's. Juan's successful residential experience was instrumental in him transitioning into the multifamily space. In 2017, the most recent acquisition as a partner was a 14 unit Class C asset in Houston, TX. Juan earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Shorter University.
