  • B & C Class properties with a strong preference toward densely populated locations in desirable areas of the Houston and Dallas metropolitan area.
  • 14 to 60 units. 
  • Significant Add-Value potential.
  • Close Proximity to Major Employment Centers. 
  • Attractive Investor Returns based on Conservative Underwriting.
