TOCG is aggressively pursuing assets that meets it's investment criteria. Our criteria will change as we continue our acquisition plan. We strongly believe in the niche we have carved out for ourselves and we show faith in that plan by investing our own cash into each property we acquire.

B & C Class properties with a strong preference toward densely populated locations in desirable areas of the Houston and Dallas metropolitan area.
14 to 60 units.
Significant Add-Value potential.
Close Proximity to Major Employment Centers.
Attractive Investor Returns based on Conservative Underwriting.
